How long does it take to get my jewelry?
For in-stock items, they will be processed and dispatched within a week.

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

We currently provide free shipping services to Hong Kong and all regions across Mainland China. Domestic orders will be delivered by SF Express.

Hong Kong: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking

Following the dispatch of your Anya Jewelry , a shipping confirmation email will be issued containing a tracking number. This tracking reference can be entered on the SF Express website or within the SF Express mobile application to monitor the shipment’s progress until final delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: All products are sold on a final-sale basis. Exchanges are only accepted in cases of incorrect orders or damaged items.

Local Orders (Hong Kong): Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

International Orders: Requests must be submitted within 21 days of receipt.
